Here’s everything you need to know before ordering.

  • We have a detailed size guide to help you find the best fit.

    If you are between sizes or unsure, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit and sizing down for a race fit.

    If your company has arranged a sizing sample set, please use this before submitting your order.

    Need extra help? Contact our team and we’ll happily advise.

  • Yes — but only before the order deadline.

    Once production begins, we are unable to make amendments as all garments are made to order specifically for your team.

    If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible with your name, company and requested amendment.

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on the products selected and the size of your order.

    Your estimated delivery window will be communicated before your team order launches. Once the order window closes, production will begin and we’ll keep organisers updated throughout the process.

    All garments are ethically made to order in Europe and shipped once completed.

  • Your team order operates within a fixed production window.

    To ensure all garments are manufactured together and delivered on time, all orders must be submitted before the displayed deadline.

    Unfortunately, we cannot usually accept late orders once production has been confirmed.

  • Minimum order quantities can vary depending on the garments selected.

    Most corporate teamwear projects start from approximately 10 pieces per style, although larger quantities unlock more customisation and pricing efficiencies.

    If you are unsure, speak to our team and we’ll guide you through the best setup for your event or challenge.

  • Yes — sustainability sits at the heart of everything we do.

    Our garments are made using premium recycled performance fabrics sourced from Italy and manufactured in a sustainably powered European factory.

    We believe teamwear should perform brilliantly without costing the planet.

  • Because all garments are custom made specifically for your team, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection.

    If there is a manufacturing fault or issue with your order, please contact us immediately and our team will resolve this as quickly as possible.

    We strongly encourage all participants to check size guides carefully before ordering.

  • Items such as socks, caps or gilets may be available during the ordering window only.

    Once the order deadline has passed, additional items may not be possible due to production scheduling and minimum quantities.
