Carbon offset schemes allow individuals and brands like us to invest in environmental projects around the world, in order to help balance out our carbon footprints (the total amount of greenhouse gases - including carbon dioxide and methane - that are generated by our actions).

 

We all have an impact on the planet – businesses, governments, individuals – and we can all play a part on the journey towards a more sustainable world. Proceeds from carbon credit purchases go to project developers, enabling them to maintain and expand their projects and deliver more impact.

 

We work with Gold Standard, considered the most rigorous climate standard by many NGOs, including WWF. Meaning that our offsetting creates more value for local communities and ecosystems and contributes in a measurable way to the UN Sustainable Development Goals. 

 

We know offsetting is not the answer, instead we’re committed to continuing to reduce our direct emissions, a long-term commitment which all businesses need to undertake, but while we do so, it’s a positive step forward to help fund these vital projects.
